**Forecasting process**

1. Take a Snapshot (pun intended) of your current financial position (profit & Loss + balance sheet)
2. Determine key milestones & what success looks like at those dates
3. Discuss with you to work through assumptions on revenue & expenses for the short and medium term
4. Generate the first cut of a draft forecast report
5. Discuss with you the draft report & work with you to finetune & adjust as required
6. Prepare the final forecast report that forms the basis of your regular investor & project financial reporting
